Qualifications

• Strong graphic design and production design experience.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience creating production graphics and dimensionally accurate artwork for physical environments.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, elevations, and dimensional specs.
• Excellent typography, spacing, grids, and visual consistency.
• Strong file preparation and production skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce, adapt, resize, version, and finalize graphics across projects and deliverables.
• Translate spatial booth designs into graphics keys with accurate locations and specs.
• Ensure graphics align with architectural drawings and production specs.
• Maintain consistency across layouts, typography, imagery, and brand standards.
• Prepare production-ready files and perform quality checks before release.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revision rounds.
• Catch alignment, spacing, punctuation, and naming discrepancies.
• Work quickly within brand systems and templates; collaborate with teams.
• Respond to changing priorities and tight deadlines with focus.
