Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in design or related field is required; post‑graduate education a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in 3D design for trade show/event environments.
• Experience in human health fields (pharma, biotech, medical) is a plus.
• Strong ability to visualize and conceptualize in 3D space.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials used in exhibit design.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects with varied deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client service teams and directly with clients to define goals and success guidelines for each project.
• Translate client goals into compelling 3D brand statements and present design rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Stay current with design trends, materials, technologies, and processes to promote innovative design.
• Attend production launches and deliver designs through control drawings, material specs, renderings, and presentations.
• Work with estimating and production to meet established budgets.
• Attend weekly review meetings and creative group meetings.
• Present concepts to clients with effective presentations and written materials.
• Communicate with project teammates to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
• Represent design solutions through floor plans, CAD drawings, color renderings, boards, samples, and animated walkthroughs.
