Triple20 is seeking an experienced Exhibit Designer to join our Creative team at Associate or Senior level, leading the design process from discovery through client presentation. Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in exhibit design, with emphasis on client discovery and 3D concepting
• Strong background in the trade show and events industry
• Proven ability to translate client objectives into compelling custom exhibit designs
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Vectorworks or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in Mac-based environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers and Project Managers throughout the discovery and strategy development process
• Conduct client discovery sessions to understand marketing needs and business objectives
• Develop creative briefs and concept presentations for client review
• Design innovative trade show exhibit solutions within budget parameters and fabrication constraints
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects independently from concept through completion
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with clear rationale and strategic alignment
• Maintain cross-functional communication to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
• Mentor and guide associate designers and creative team members
• Lead complex, high-visibility client projects
• Contribute to departmental strategy, process improvements, and tool development

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exhibit Designer to join our Creative team at either the Associate or Senior level, depending on qualifications and experience. This role will lead the design process from discovery through client presentation, creating innovative 3D exhibit concepts that align with client marketing objectives and brand strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, client-facing experience, and a collaborative approach to our deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities (all levels):

• Partner with Account Managers and Project Managers throughout the discovery and strategy development process
• Conduct client discovery sessions to understand marketing needs and business objectives
• Develop creative briefs and concept presentations for client review
• Design innovative trade show exhibit solutions within budget parameters and fabrication constraints
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects independently from concept through completion
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with clear rationale and strategic alignment
• Maintain cross-functional communication to ensure project alignment and timely delivery

Additional responsibilities (Senior level):

• Mentor and guide associate designers and creative team members
• Lead complex, high-visibility client projects

Required Qualifications

For Associate Level (3-6 years):

• 3+ years of professional experience in exhibit design, with emphasis on client discovery and 3D concepting
• Strong background in the trade show and events industry
• Proven ability to translate client objectives into compelling custom exhibit designs
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Vectorworks or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in Mac-based environment (preferred)

For Senior Level (6+ years):

• 6+ years of progressive experience in exhibit design
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring or developing design talent
• Track record of managing high-profile, complex client relationships
• Experience contributing to departmental strategy and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of modular exhibit systems (bematrix experience a plus)
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices
• Experience in B Corporation or social impact business environment
