Paycom is seeking an experienced Exhibit Builder in the Boston area to support fabrication and assembly of exhibits, booths, and related components. You will interpret CAD designs, plan builds, and construct on-site installations with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include working with various materials, collaborating with the production team, and ensuring client expectations are met through precise craftsmanship and dependable delivery.

• Interpret design drawings, CAD files, and specifications to plan fabrication and set up exhibits.

• Interpret design drawings, CAD files, and specifications to plan fabrication from concept through set-up to a show-ready exhibit.
• Build structural frameworks, display cases, interactive components, platforms, and scenic elements using wood, metal, plastics, composites, acrylic.
• Crosstrain across production areas and perform precision fabricating techniques including cutting, welding, machining, finishing painting, laminating, lighting and assembly.
• Construct and set-up exhibits on-site, ensuring alignment, structural integrity, electrical/mechanical integration where applicable, and safety compliance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area while following shop safety protocols.
• Deliver work that meets or exceeds client expectations for quality, craftsmanship, and reliability.
