Job summary

The Jackson Clinics seeks a driven Exercise Specialist to join our outpatient physical therapy team. This Part-Time WITH Benefits (30-39 hrs/wk) role offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment where you can grow clinically and connect with patients through a dedicated, patient-centric model.

Qualifications

• CSCS/NASM/ACSM/ISSA certification within 1 year of hire.
• Experience in personal training.
• Degree in Exercise Science preferred but not required.
• Kinesiology background helpful.
• Prior medical clinic experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one exercise sessions and supervise patient progress.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, safety, and technique.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support rehabilitation goals.
