Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Site Manager to support USSOCOM training exercises across U.S. sites. The role involves coordinating transportation for role players, managing firearms and safety gear, and ensuring OPSEC and information protection during operations.

The candidate must have SHOs experience with SOF deployments and the ability to enforce safety and security protocols while coordinating with the LRSO and site leadership.

Qualifications

  • SOF operation and risk awareness.
  • Experience as a U.S. SOF Close Quarter Combat RSO is preferred.
  • Knowledge of small arms handling and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Lead Range Safety Officer and support ASM and OPFOR personnel.
  • Coordinate transportation for role players to each site to meet scenario-based training requirements.
  • Manage contractor firearms, safety gear, role-player wardrobe, and equipment cleaning.
  • Have authority to remove contracted personnel for performance, safety, or OPSEC violations.
  • Coordinate travel and arrival times per LRSO schedule.
  • Protect government information and ensure no photos, videos, or cameras during training.
  • Report to training location one day early for schedule confirmation with LRSO.
  • Oversee training site cleanup and provide materials.

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.

Job Overview:

USSOCOM has a requirement to conduct Realistic Military Training (RMT) combat scenarios in various locations throughout the United States, utilizing simulated and blank fire training aides. USSOCOM requires specific individuals and resources to act as enemy Opposition Forces (OPFOR) and provide realistic enemy responses.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Site Manager (SM)
  • SM shall act as primary liaison to the Lead Range Safety Officer (LRSO) and be responsible for overall support to the Assistant Site Managers (ASM) and OPFOR role player personnel.
  • The SM shall be responsible for tasking and coordinating transportation for role players to each site in order for role players to meet the requirements for scenario-based training in accordance with the schedule and operational requirements set by the LRSO.
  • The SM shall be responsible for the management of all contactor firearms, safety gear, role player wardrobe, and cleaning of equipment and supplies.
  • The SM shall not participate in or observe the training events unless directed by the USSOCOM Site RSO.
  • The SM shall have the authority to remove any contracted personnel immediately for any shortfall in performance, a display of behavior that increases the risk level of training, or for any Operational Security (OPSEC) violations, as determined by the Government. The SM shall be responsible for replacing the individual(s) removed as role player support prior to the execution of the next day's evolution.
  • Coordinates all contractor and contracted role player travel and arrival time scheduling in accordance with the LRSO provided schedule.
  • Overall, the SM is responsible for all contracted personnel and the safeguarding of all government information provided to the contractor.
  • The SM shall be responsible for ensuring that no photographs or video recordings are taken of mission personnel or training being conducted by the contractor or contracted role players. Shall be responsible for ensuring that no cell phones or cameras are with contracted personnel during role play training evolutions.
  • The SM shall be available at the training location one (1) day prior to the commencement of training for a face-to-face meeting with the LRSO to confirm schedule of events as outlined at the TO level.
  • The SM is responsible for training site clean-up for each site at the end of each training day and shall provide all cleaning materials required to support site cleanup.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements/Education:
  • Shall possess documented operational experience working directly with U.S. Special Operation Forces (SOF) - or -execution of a minimum of four (4) contracts, providing support services for 45 or more role players.
  • Shall possess documented experience as a U.S. SOF Close Quarter Combat (CQC) RSO with a thorough understanding of safety controls implemented for role player use during training scenarios.
  • Shall be knowledgeable and proficient in small arms handling and simulated firing safety.
  • Physical condition - Shall be able to climb ten (10) flights of stairs and manage role players during iteration training for up to eight (8) hours per day.
Security Requirement
  • An active SECRET Clearance is required.
