Qualifications

• Master's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Graduate-level preparation or professional expertise for undergraduate courses.
• Proven ability to communicate with undergraduates.
• Ability to organize and deliver course content and assess learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff and leadership.
• Ability to use instructional technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or more undergraduate Exercise Science courses based on needs and expertise.
• Deliver student-centered instruction in classroom, lab, virtual, and applied settings.
• Prepare content aligned with course objectives and program outcomes.
• Facilitate labs and experiential activities; ensure safe equipment use.
• Assess learning with assignments, exams, practicals, and other methods.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain course/grade records.
• Be available for student questions, support, and mentoring.
• Use LMS and instructional tech to support course administration.
• Collaborate with faculty and program leadership for curriculum quality.
• Incorporate current evidence and professional standards into teaching.
• Complete required university training and fulfill admin responsibilities.
