This is a part-time consultant position, with 10-20 hours per month of work expected.

The Team:

Our team consists of a diverse group of individuals with clinical and regulatory expertise in reproductive health, menopause, andropause, fertility, and stages of pregnancy. We are passionate about helping individuals navigate their reproductive health, family-building needs, and experience healthy aging through evidence-based, patient-centered support.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Degree in Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, or a related field
    • Professional certification or licensure in your field, where applicable (e.g., ACSM, NASM, PT License).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of clinical practice or coaching experience in exercise physiology, physical therapy, or a related field, with a focus on metabolic health and wellness
    • Experience in designing or contributing to lifestyle intervention programs, including exercise prescriptions, behavior change strategies, and health education.
    • Familiarity with research and clinical practice related to metabolic conditions impacting reproductive health during the lifecycle.
    • Ability to critically review and summarize clinical research, scientific articles, and guideline recommendations
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong research and critical analysis skills to translate evidence into practical, programmatic recommendations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Comfort working independently and remotely, with reliable online resources and a confidential work environment.
    • Ability to bring a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and patient-centered approach to health behavior coaching.
    • Comfort communicating complex health and wellness concepts in an empathetic, accessible, and non-directive manner.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting members remotely in a sensitive, health-related context.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialized expertise or practice related to topics in the fields of reproductive health and the life course.
  • Experience working with weight loss programs or remote coaching programs.
  • Experience working with pregnant individuals and those preparing for pregnancy or post-pregnancy.
  • Experience designing or delivering programs for metabolic health improvement, such as interventions targeting weight management, insulin sensitivity, and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with members from clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Experience in virtual health education, member coaching, or clinical guidance through telehealth or chat-based platforms is a plus.
