Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center is seeking a cardiac rehabilitation clinician to deliver care for Phase 2 and Phase 3 clients. The role supports primary and secondary prevention programs, educational classes, and community outreach within our Heart and Vascular Institute.

The position emphasizes patient-focused, whole-person care, teamwork, and mutual respect. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and BLS certification; a Master’s degree and 3 years of outpatient

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise science or related field.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years experience in outpatient Cardiac Rehab services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care for cardiac rehab Phase 2 and Phase 3.
• Support prevention programs and educational classes.
• Participate in community presentations and other health education services.

The Spec-Exercise 2 delivers quality care for cardiac rehabilitation phase 2 and phase 3 clients. Supports the Heart and Vascular Institute primary and secondary prevention programs, educational classes, community presentations and other existing health education services.

Required Qualifications:
