Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center seeks a qualified professional to support cardiac rehabilitation phase 2 and 3 clients, including education and prevention program delivery. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care within Providence’s culture of teamwork and respect.

Job description

The Spec-Exercise 2 delivers quality care for cardiac rehabilitation phase 2 and phase 3 clients. Supports the Heart and Vascular Institute primary and secondary prevention programs, educational classes, community presentations and other existing health education services.

Required qualifications:
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise science or related field.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • 3 years Experience in outpatient Cardiac Rehab services
