Providence Newberg Medical Center is seeking a cardiac rehabilitation specialist to deliver care for phase 2 and 3 patients and to support educational classes and community programs. The role supports the Heart and Vascular Institute and works with a team to provide patient-centered care.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field and BLS certification; a Master's Degree and 3 years of outpatient Cardiac Rehab experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field is required.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in outpatient Cardiac Rehab services preferred.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
