Job summary

Alliance PTP, LLC in Auburn, WA is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to support the injury prevention and work conditioning programs. The role offers a 4-10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 4am-2pm) within a growing industrial athlete initiative, with autonomy and opportunities to lead and develop.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Exercise Science or related field, current national certification, and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Degree in Exercise Science or other health related field.
• Current certification as exercise professional with national organization in good standing.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience in teaching group exercise classes to adults.
• Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.

• Demonstrates exceptional ability to engage employees in all services in the industrial setting.
• Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, motivator and work well as part of a team.
• Needs to be a natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone.
• Adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the Work-Fit/Boeing SOP
• Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services.
• Desire to be an integral piece of the largest Industrial Athlete program in the country.

Shift: 4-10 schedule, Mon-Thu, 4am-2pm
Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partnersis seekingan Exercise Physiologist. The staff model provides the injury prevention model: Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services.
