Job summary

Alliance PTP Partners seeks an Exercise Physiologist for its Work-Fit program in Auburn, WA. The role focuses on injury prevention, work conditioning, and on-site visits within an industrial athlete model.

You will engage employees, communicate effectively, and lead in a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds an Exercise Science degree, current CPR/First Aid, and a national exercise certification, with experience teaching group classes.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be a self-starter able to work independently.
• Engage employees in all services in an industrial setting.
• Must be a skilled communicator, motivator and team member.
• Must be a natural leader, able to think outside the box.
• Comply with Work-Fit/Boeing SOP standards.
• Experience teaching group exercise to adults.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support an injury prevention and work-conditioning program.
• Lead, develop, and grow as a professional within the team.
• Deliver services in an industrial athlete program.
• Coordinate with site management on program delivery.

Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partnersis seekingan Exercise Physiologist. The staff model provides the injury prevention model: Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services.

• Degree in Exercise Science or other health related field
• Current certification as exercise professional with national organization in good standing
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience in teaching group exercise classes to adults
• Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
