ProSidian Seeks an Exercise & Nutrition Motivational Keynote/Guest Speaker | Health And Wellness [ESC1M121] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on an Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis. Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) Across The South Central Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices.

We seek Exercise & Nutrition Motivational Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Health And Wellness Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide services and support as a Exercise & Nutrition Motivational Keynote/Guest Speaker in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and Region One Education Service Center (ESC1) located CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) and across the South Central Region.
• Deliver expert-led, purpose-driven keynote and guest speaking engagements that align strategic messaging with event objectives, empowering audiences through communication by industry leaders, subject matter experts, and thought influencers across conferences, academic forums, corporate summits, and community events.
• Provide targeted content in Health And Wellness with a focus on Environmental Issues Topic Areas, collaborating with a Speakers Bureau as part of a Health & Wellness Functional Area / Category Discipline.
• Deliver content that educates, inspires, and energizes event participants; align with event themes and goals to reinforce key messages.
• Contribute to content planning, customization for audience segments, and delivery of breakout or deep-dive sessions; provide post-event resources to support continued learning and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Current or previous role aligned with Health & Wellness activities, with qualifications as an Exercise & Nutrition Motivational Keynote Speaker; proven subject-matter expertise, public speaking ability, and a track record of audience impact.
• Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced credentials preferred when applicable.
• Skills: Professional and Management Development Training initiatives; audience engagement, content development, communication, critical thinking, and delivery flexibility within Health And Wellness functional activities.
