Job summary
The Exercise Coach is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Certified Exercise Coaches. You will deliver One-on-One and Small Group sessions to clients of all ages, with a focus on strength and healthy living using our unique training methods and technology.
No fitness experience is required, but candidates with personal training or small-group instruction will receive priority. Full training is provided, and a clear path for career advancement exists within our nationwide studio
Qualifications
- No fitness experience required; priority to candidates with personal training or small-group fitness instruction.
- Certification in The Exercise Coach or related courses is preferred, with training provided by the company.
- Strong communication and people skills are essential to motivate clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations and assess client needs.
- Lead One-on-One and Small Group exercise sessions.
- Track fitness results and educate clients on progress.
- Grow the business by selling 6- or 12-month contracts.
- Monitor studio metrics to measure success.
