Job summary

The Exercise Coach is hiring certified coaches to deliver personalized and small-group training at our studio locations. You will be trained in our unique exercise and nutrition methodology and work with clients of all ages to build strength and confidence.

Compensation is hourly, with opportunities for advancement; full-time staff may receive paid time off and health coverage through the franchisee. No prior fitness experience is required, but enthusiasm and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• No fitness experience is required, but candidates with relevant experience will have priority.
• Must be willing to participate in The Exercise Coach methods and nutrition program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
• Lead sessions and track client fitness results.
• Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions.
• Measure success by studio metrics and client progress.

Skills

Basic nutrition knowledge
