RTI International is seeking a Vice President to lead the Workplace, Safety & Security Division at our RTP headquarters. You will shape the Campus of the Future, drive collaboration, and align facilities with RTI’s mission while overseeing global security programs.

You will partner with executives on risk, budget, and transformation initiatives, leading a high‑performing team and advancing enterprise resilience. This role requires travel and strategic influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Translate business objectives into integrated workplace, real estate, campus, facilities, and security strategies.
• Experience in fast-paced, complex environments with executive visibility.
• Proven success advising executives on workplace, capital, and risk decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTI’s integrated Workplace and Security Division in line with RTI’s mission and priorities.
• Set the Campus of the Future strategy for RTP headquarters.
• Advance workplace strategy across employee experience, occupancy, and hybrid work.
• Shape long-term campus, facilities, and space plans with enterprise leaders.
• Oversee real estate strategy, transactions, and portfolio optimization.
• Direct facilities, capital projects, engineering, and logistics.
• Oversee Global Security strategy, risk mitigation, and readiness.
• Partner with risk management on crisis preparedness and resilience.
• Guide capital planning and budgets for facilities and infrastructure.
• Advise executive leadership on workplace, campus, and security matters.
