Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in operations management, with 5+ years in senior leadership role in healthcare or RCM.
• 5-7 years experience in medical billing and collections in the healthcare industry.
• Track record of successfully scaling operations and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the team ensuring timely processing of outstanding claims.
• Monitor and manage the posting process for all clients.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with business development leaders.
