Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience (GC, EPC, etc).
• Proven success leading managers and improving operational and financial performance.
• Experience building teams and implementing systems to support growth.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, job costing, and margin management.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and direct, respectful communication.
• Track record of leading with integrity, humility, fairness and accountability.
