Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking an executive-level leader to steer the member and provider support center operations, aligning strategy with growth and satisfaction goals. You will oversee workforce management, vendor performance, and compliance across Medicaid, Medicare and Marketplace lines.

Responsibilities include driving efficiency, managing budgets, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality health care and customer service at scale.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of health care operations and/or contact/call center experience.
• At least 7 years of management/leadership experience.
• Experience leading operations for multiple markets and product lines.
• Data analytics, customer experience, workforce management, and quality metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive strategy development, vision and direction for the member and provider support center services function.
• Oversees workforce management, reporting, quality assurance, and vendor performance.
• Drives strategies to optimize operational excellence and member/provider satisfaction.
• Manages budgets and cost-control to meet annual targets.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal and Molina policies and SOPs.
• Hires, trains and develops teams; leads performance to department goals.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver shared services.
