Job summary

AACSB is seeking an EVP and Chief Standards and Accreditation Officer to provide strategic leadership across global standards, accreditation strategy, and enterprise planning. This executive role reports to the President and CEO and drives innovation, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work environment in Tampa, FL.

The role requires deep knowledge of AACSB standards, extensive leadership experience in business education, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of leadership experience in business education or accreditation.
• Deep understanding of global standards for business education and accreditation processes.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead global standards-setting and related guidance.
• Set the accreditation strategy and oversee its implementation.
• Shape enterprise strategy and organizational performance.
• Build and guide the standards and accreditation team across the globe.
• Engage schools, leaders, learners, and stakeholders to inform standards development.
• Represent AACSB in global forums and partnerships.
