Job summary

AACSB International is seeking an EVP and Chief Standards and Accreditation Officer to drive global standards, accreditation strategy, and enterprise leadership. You will lead governance, ensure rigorous accreditation, and shape AACSB’s mission worldwide.

The role requires strategic oversight, collaboration with schools and regulators, and executive-level leadership. The position is based in Tampa, Florida, with a hybrid work setup and extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Terminal academic degree (PhD or equivalent).
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in business education or academic administration, including a minimum of three years as a dean or equivalent role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global standards-setting and interpretation guidance.
• Oversee global accreditation strategy and processes.
• Build strategic relationships with schools, quality assurance bodies, and stakeholders.
• Serve on the Executive Team to shape enterprise strategy and growth.
• Lead a high-performing, global standards and accreditation team and budget.
