Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ in Austin, Texas is seeking an Executive Vice President of Project Delivery to join the core leadership team and drive the global deployment of a FOAK clean energy facility. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the P&L, select Tier 1 EPC partners, and scale a division across Supply Chain, Construction, and Interconnection to deliver multiple megaprojects.

This role requires 15+ years at executive level in heavy infrastructure, nuclear, or fusion, with a proven ability to translate

Qualifications

• 15+ years in executive megaproject leadership.
• Background in Advanced Nuclear, Fusion or regulated heavy infrastructure.
• Ability to translate construction and supply chain risks into financial terms.
• Proven track record owning P&L and delivering large deployments.
• Experience building and leading large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Sit on the core C‑suite team, advising the CEO and Board on capital allocation, deployment timelines and risk.
• Architect and manage the deployment phase-gate process from prototype to field installation.
• Drive EPC contractor selection and negotiate nine-figure construction contracts.
• Build and manage a team of VPs and Directors across Supply Chain, Construction, and Interconnection.
