Job summary

Little Caesars Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Accounting to provide executive leadership across Corporate, Retail, Technology, and global accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and cash management.

You will ensure GAAP compliance, robust controls, and timely monthly closes while partnering with senior leadership on fiscal implications. The role leads large accounting teams, directs external audits domestically and internationally, and drives strategic insights

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, or finance
• 12+ years leading enterprise accounting functions
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting (e.g., P&L statements)
• Experience overseeing external audits (GAAP) and a global organization
• Experience with an ERP system (Oracle) and strong technical accounting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership across Corporate, Retail, Technology, Supply Chain/Distribution, and global accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Leads external audits across domestic and international operations.
• Ensures accuracy and integrity of financial reporting through robust controls and timely monthly close processes.
• Partners with senior leadership to provide accounting insights and strategic recommendations on business decisions.
• Communicates complex technical accounting information to diverse stakeholders.
