• Significant experience in manufacturing finance at plant, division, or enterprise level.
• Demonstrated success in modernizing finance and administrative functions.
• Ability to lead financial oversight in grant-funded and government-funded operations.
• Experience advising senior leadership on financial and strategic trade-offs.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance and administrative teams.
• Experience in a mission-driven, public-serving, or highly stakeholdered environment.
