Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance, People Operations, and IT to ensure scalable supporting systems.
• Provide executive oversight of budgeting, HR policies, and IT security.
• Lead and develop Finance, HR, and IT staff, aligning operations with strategy.
• Report to the President & CEO and partner with executive leadership on priorities.
