Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan Holding Company, Inc. is seeking an executive-level leader to own the enterprise compliance program across Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and DSNP.

You will drive governance, risk assessment, audits, and regulatory engagement while partnering with Legal, Operations, Clinical, Finance, and HR to embed compliance across the organization. The role reports to senior leadership and the Board, builds a high-performing team, and serves as the primary liaison

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Law, or Business, plus 12+ years in related field.
• Master’s degree or JD strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in a complex, multi-line healthcare organization.
• Deep expertise across government programs (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, DSNP) and commercial products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise compliance strategy and program.
• Provide regulatory oversight, risk management, audits, and investigations.
• Establish governance structures and reporting to the Board.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies during audits and investigations.
• Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and accountability.
