Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Enterprise 340B Program Director to lead the operational and compliance aspects of the 340B program across the enterprise. The role oversees 340B contracts, auditing, budgeting, and reporting, with a focus on maximizing savings and ensuring regulatory adherence.

The position is full-time, M-F, hybrid with meetings onsite, reporting to the Enterprise Director of Pharmacy Strategy and Business Development.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and active license.
• Pharmacist with PharmD or clinical license preferred.
• MA state license preferred.
• Knowledge of HRSA 340B program rules.

Responsibilities

• Develops training and competency materials for staff.
• Develops and updates 340B policies and procedures.
• Monitors 340B regulations and ensures federal compliance.
• Oversees audits and contract pharmacy arrangements.
• Leads budgeting, forecasting, and 340B program reporting.
