Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead bank credit strategy, policy development, and underwriting governance for consumer, real estate, secured, and unsecured lending products.
• Chair the Credit Risk Committee and lead governance across risk committees.
• Review and approve complex credit transactions and oversee credit approval processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance, concentration risk, loan quality, and loss mitigation.
• Present risk insights to executives, regulators, and the Board.
• Partner with compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Leverage analytics to strengthen risk performance and decision making.
• Manage budgets, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.
