Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business, law or finance preferred.
• Industry compliance qualifications and professional credentials.
• 10–12 years of total work experience preferred.
• Background in Compliance, Financial Services, Audit, Legal or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate regulatory guidance to business colleagues on compliance issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior managers to ensure timely information.
• Analyze regulations and practices to keep Corporate Trust compliant.
• Evaluate controls and work with the business to implement improvements.
• Lead or participate in Compliance training programs.
• Assist Compliance Testing and Audit teams during reviews.
• Contribute to KRIs and reporting, and support risk remediation.
• Offer constructive challenge in meetings regarding regulatory rules.
