You will drive engagement, retention, and collaboration with practice managers to meet performance goals and maintain Banfield quality standards.

The role is hospital-based and requires veterinary leadership experience, DVM, and a track record of improving clinical outcomes and team performance.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree required or equivalent.
• Licensed or licensure eligibility for the state.
• 3 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage associate veterinarians to deliver quality care.
• Drive culture and delivery of quality care across six domains of quality.
• Manage hospital KPIs and OGSM performance with practice managers.
• Recruit veterinary talent and build a leadership talent bench.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulations, and safety.
