Qualifications

• Proven underwriting experience in Excess Casualty and a successful record of selling Environmental, Excess or Primary Casualty, NA Auto, WC, AL, GL, DBA, Foreign Casualty products to clients.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for achieving goals and outcomes. Oversee a range of programs and processes, in addition to handling complex underwriting.
• Build effective relationships with brokers and deliver a high standard of customer service as an example for the team to follow.
• Promote collaboration, inclusivity, and learning while mentoring colleagues and supporting succession planning.
