Chubb Primary Construction is seeking an Executive Underwriter for our Dallas office (Southwest Region). We specialize in customized & complex Primary Construction programs tailored to our clients' needs within the Construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily servicing of a portfolio of large, complex Primary Construction accounts.
• Drive growth and ensure retention of the assigned book of business.
• Negotiate annual pricing, terms, and conditions during renewals.
• Develop new business opportunities with key brokerage partners across regions, designing appropriate program structures and pricing.
• Maintain and foster relationships with brokers and clients.
• Create and manage a pipeline with major trading partners and collaborate with other business units for cross-selling.
• Ensure high service standards through timely responses to broker requests and prompt submission of quotations, binders, policies, and endorsements.
• Maintain organized files for all handled client accounts.
