You will advise executives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate complex technology topics into clear narratives for technical audiences and the broader workforce, with a focus on impact and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of communications experience, ideally supporting technical executives and employee communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, especially for technical content.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with executive visibility programs and employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise and partner with senior executives to shape and execute a forward-looking speakership strategy.
• Identify high-impact external and internal speaking opportunities aligned with objectives.
• Oversee development of executive messaging and content for technical audiences.
• Provide strategic counsel to executives and amplify key messages and initiatives.
• Craft speeches and communications with technical leaders to engage both technical communities and the workforce.
• Design integrated communications strategies positioning executives as industry thought leaders.
• Establish and manage processes to track and report on effectiveness of executive communications and speakership engagements.
• Ensure seamless execution of communications initiatives with high quality and timeliness.
