About Service & Engagement

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, both physically and digitally, by managing a team that exceeds service expectations and promotes guest loyalty.

  • Build and lead a team of Guest Advocates and Service Leaders to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Drive store sales and contribute to profitability
