Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader in the Midland, TX area to drive store sales and lead a dynamic GM and Food Sales team. You will manage inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy, pricing, and promotional signing to support guest satisfaction.

The pay range is $64,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. • Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy and efficiency
• Enable efficient delivery to our guests by leading pick, pack and ship fulfillment work (if applicable)
• Develop a strategy and utilize your workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload ensuring you are guest ready at all times
