We’re hiring a strategic, consultative Executive Talent Acquisition Partner (ETAP) who will play a critical role in shaping the leadership of our Village—partnering deeply with senior stakeholders, bringing market intelligence and rigor to our searches, and helping elevate the capabilities of our executive TA function.

What You’ll Do

As an ETAP, you’ll drive executive searches from Director to C-suite across DaVita. But more than filling roles, you will act as a trusted talent advisor—consulting business leaders on organizational needs, identifying exceptional talent, and championing hiring strategies that support our culture and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Partnership

Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders (VP+) to translate business strategy into talent strategy. Consult on team design, role clarity, and talent implications—not just requisition management.

Executive Search Leadership

Own the full lifecycle of executive recruiting—from search strategy, talent mapping, and proactive pipelining to candidate engagement, assessment, and complex offer negotiation.

Candidate Engagement & Experience

Build authentic relationships with high-impact leaders. Act as an ambassador for DaVita’s mission and culture while ensuring a seamless, white-glove candidate experience.

Inclusive & Insight-Driven Hiring

Use data, storytelling, and external benchmarks to challenge assumptions, drive equitable processes, and ensure top-tier, diverse talent is surfaced and hired.

Collaboration Across the Village

Partner cross-functionally with People Services, Compensation, and Legal to design offers, mitigate risk, and deliver aligned hiring outcomes.

Team Contribution & Mentorship

Elevate the performance of the broader executive TA team by sharing insights, mentoring teammates, and modeling excellence in candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and process rigor.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years leading executive searches, either in-house or at a retained search firm, with experience placing , Director, VP and C-level roles in complex organizations
  • Strong business acumen—you quickly grasp how organizations work and what kind of leadership will drive impact
  • Exceptional influencing skills—you’re credible in the room with senior leaders and can challenge perspectives with humility and data
  • Mastery of sourcing strategies and tools, including external market insights
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for team development and continuous improvement

Salary/ Wage Range

$91,000.00 - $120,000.00 / year

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

  • New York Exempt:
  • New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
  • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
  • Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt:
  • New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
  • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
  • Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt:
  • Bellingham: $17.66/hour
  • Burien: $21.16/hour
  • Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
  • Renton: $20.90/hour
  • Seattle: $20.76/hour
  • Tukwila: $21.10/hour
  • Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
