• Define and manage workstreams to improve efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
• Support leadership with strategic planning, reporting, and decision-making analytics.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and analytical capabilities to support growth objectives.
• Lead and support enterprise-wide transformation and change management initiatives.
• Monitor progress and provide reporting on key corporate and client initiatives.
• Conduct market, operational, and financial analysis to support strategic recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership review.
