Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize complex calendars for the Associate Vice President (AVP), coordinating high-level internal and external meetings
  • Oversee travel arrangements for the AVP, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary planning
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing systems and records management processes
  • Plan and execute ORRS events, committee meetings, and special functions with attention to detail
Qualifications
  • High school education with coursework in word processing, typing, shorthand, and grammar
  • Five to eight years of related and progressively responsible administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing workload
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least five years of experience in an administrative role in an executive office
  • Familiarity with the employer\'s travel system
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
  • Experience handling confidential information and personnel issues
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
