Job Summary

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will execute cuisine exceeding guest expectations, provide leadership, and meet cost goals, while maintaining standards and continually enhancing culinary expertise. You should be a creative problem-solver with passion, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently and lead teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute menus according to brand standards
  • Maintain recipes and ensure safety and sanitation standards
  • Lead and support culinary team to deliver quality food and hospitality
  • Manage inventory, costs, and scheduling effectively
  • Hire, train, develop, and mentor team members
  • Conduct regular safety, sanitation, and quality checks
  • Respond to guest feedback and improve operations
  • Support company initiatives and foster a positive work environment

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in culinary management
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Ability to evaluate food and communicate effectively
  • Passion for hospitality and food service
  • Strong team-building skills and computer literacy
