Job SummaryAs a Sous Chef, you will oversee the Culinary Department's successful operation for a facility. Your responsibilities include supervising, preparing, and cooking various foods, developing daily menus, and garnishing dishes. You may supervise hourly staff and collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menus and manage ordering. This role is ideal for an energetic, entrepreneurial culinary professional.
