Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee long- and short-term kitchen operations and related culinary departments.
• Lead, hire, train, coach and evaluate kitchen staff for performance and safety.
• Plan, procure, produce and present hotel food in a cost-effective, sanitary manner.
• Monitor kitchen sanitation and equipment to meet regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage department budget; control labor and food costs.
• Create and implement menus within corporate guidelines to improve revenues and margins.
• Support Accident Prevention Program and minimize liabilities.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
