$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!!! Full Time PM Line Cook The Sundial Beach Resort and Spa located in Sanibel, Florida has an opening for an experienced Line Cook. Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills and the desire to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Candidates must have the ability to work sauté, pantry and fry stations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
