Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Sous Chef with a strong background in catering to help lead a dynamic culinary team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, inspiring a culture of excellence, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. If you’re passionate about food, operations, and leadership, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of culinary professionals to deliver outstanding service and cuisine
  • Oversee kitchen safety, sanitation, and compliance standards to ensure a top-tier working environment
  • Manage food and labor costs with a strong focus on operational efficiency and profitability
  • Plan and execute creative, high-quality menus tailored to a variety of outlets and events
  • Handle all purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Champion the rollout of new culinary programs, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of culinary leadership in a high-volume setting
  • Strong background in production, catering, and multi-outlet service environments
  • Proven success in managing food and labor costs
  • Experience in high-end hotels, resorts, or upscale foodservice operations preferred
