Job summary

eSimplicity Inc. is seeking a Director, Chief Solutions Architect to drive winning technical and business solutions for Health and Human Services opportunities.

You will lead solution design, collaborate with product, engineering, and partners, and own proposal content for Data Analytics, AI/ML, data pipelines, and APIs. The role requires deep government sector experience, strong communication, and a track record of delivering large-scale cloud solutions in a federal context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; 5+ years of related experience may substitute.
• 15+ years of total work experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture and cloud engineering experience across large-scale systems.
• 10+ years delivering technology solutions for large-scale government cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of compliant and compelling solutions based on RFP requirements for Health and Human Services programs.
• Leverage HHS domain knowledge to develop needs, outcomes, benefits, and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide agile enterprise solutions including design and operation of systems.
• Own technical volumes, write narratives for market surveys and RFPs, and position proposals with business value.
• Create detailed technical designs, select products/vendors, and develop architectures for data analytics, AI/ML, data exchange, and APIs.
• Act as hands-on SME ensuring feasible, practical, and innovative solutions.
