Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in recruiting, executive search, recruiting, or related professional environment.
• Ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Strong consultative, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing client relationships and generating new business is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-performing professionals through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess qualifications, accomplishments, leadership capabilities, and career objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive, management, and technical-level professionals.
• Develop expertise within a specialized industry vertical and stay informed on market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent movement.
• Present qualified candidates and provide strategic insight throughout the search process.
• Manage multiple search assignments while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Utilize recruiting technologies and CRM systems to effectively track activity and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional search outcomes and client satisfaction.
