Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in executive communications including development of presentations, briefings, and executive-level correspondence.
• Strong scientific and technical writing and editing ability with a portfolio of published or disseminated work.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Draft executive communications, presentations, briefs, and correspondence.
• Develop and maintain knowledge resources and SOPs for strategic communications.
• Provide copyediting and graphic design support for executive materials.
• Coordinate with leadership and subject matter experts to translate priorities into actionable communications.
• Draft reports and messaging for internal and external audiences, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
