Job summary

Celebree School is seeking a Director to lead talent, brand, and operations across the childcare facility. You will shape culture, oversee daily operations, and foster strong community relationships to help people grow.

The Director will identify and attract talent, ensure compliance with laws and Celebree standards, manage scheduling and finances, and deliver exceptional customer experiences for families. This role offers participation in a growing company with benefits including health

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a School Director as approved by the governing State agency.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience

Monday through Friday: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or 10:0 am to 6:30 pm (Alternating shifts)

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
• Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.
• Support and lead new company initiatives
