Description du poste

The Sizzle Before the Steak

Picture this: Hill Country sunrises spilling gold across Lake LBJ, the quiet hum of a resort that never stops moving, and you — the one person who makes the whole machine run without a squeak. This isn’t just an admin role. This is the nerve center. The command deck. The calm in the beautifully organized storm.

Horseshoe Bay Resort isn’t your average nine-to-five backdrop. We’re talking four golf courses, a yacht club, a private airstrip, and a lake that locals still can’t believe is real. If you want a job with a view — and a vibe — you’ve found it.

Keep the Sales Team Moving
  • Track and coordinate the rhythm of the Sales Department.
  • Deliver daily administrative and sales support to your assigned Sales Managers.
  • Own the sales lead line — answer it, route it, make it sing.
  • Track leads with precision and keep every detail current.
  • Enter and manage lead details in Delphi like it’s second nature.
  • Draft proposals and build contracts in Delphi.
  • Keep online lead tools sharp and up to date.
  • Jump into daily projects and requests with energy and ease.
Create Exceptional Client Experiences
  • Coordinate client and site visits across every corner of the Resort.
  • Make every interaction feel polished, professional, and effortlessly welcoming.
  • Relay updates and last-minute changes to the right teams, right away.
  • Stay cool, composed, and in control — even when the pressure’s on.
Be the Organizational Expert
  • Master the sales lead process and stay fluent in Delphi’s evolving systems.
  • Process Sales Department invoices with accuracy.
  • Keep the department’s shared drive clean, current, and easy to navigate.
  • Prepare thank-you letters, comment letters, re-booking reminders, and more.
  • Proofread like a perfectionist — because details matter.
  • Take on special projects and keep department info airtight.
Support Resort Leadership
  • Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director — expense reports, correspondence, documentation, and beyond.
  • Juggle priorities from multiple leaders without dropping a single ball.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales leadership, the Managing Director, Resort departments, clients, and partners.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and grace.
  • Help mentor future team members and support succession planning.
What We’re Looking For

Someone organized, dependable, detail-obsessed, and quietly thrilled by the idea of being the one who keeps it all together.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and everything in between.
  • Strong organizational and time-management instincts.
  • A friendly, professional, unmistakably positive presence.
  • Sharp typing, filing, and general office know-how.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with event planning or hospitality software is a bonus.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Outstanding phone and customer-service instincts.
  • The ability to stay accurate and composed while juggling it all.
Why This Role Matters

Every unforgettable event, every seamless meeting, every Resort experience worth remembering starts with coordination most people never see. You’ll be the quiet force behind it — the thread connecting Sales, leadership, clients, and every department in between.

You’ll walk away with real experience in hospitality, sales, event coordination, and executive administration — all while clocking out to lake views and Hill Country sunsets that most people only see on vacation.
