Qualifications

• Candidates should have extensive experience in health care policy and risk management.

• Experience with CMS/Medicare/Medicaid preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience in a consulting or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on risk management, contracting, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead risk assessments and develop mitigating strategies.
• Oversee enterprise risk management and contracting offices.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and business units to evaluate opportunities.
• Support client-facing work in public policy and regulatory consulting.
• Drive growth opportunities and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state health care regulations.
• Mentor and advise ForHealth leadership and manage multiple projects.
